That is really good for just getting up and running. Good grief! I ran a 5k in 31 minutes last year. That is pretty slow for someone who trained for it for like, 5 weeks. I would like to improve, but I am probably more the kind of person who will plateau, if anything. It could be due to the fact that I also like to sleep in and go out for breakfast! I am impressed!
