The Entryway. It is finished.

You may recall the post where I claimed to have settled on ‘Eastern Amber’ and ‘Brown Bread’ as the perfect colors for my entryway. Well, ‘Eastern Amber’ ended up looking more like ‘Goldfish Cracker’ so back to Home Depot I went. (we did keep the ‘Brown Bread’ for the non-accent walls, though) In case anyone is counting, that means that I painted the same wall FOUR TIMES. We began with the ill-advised purple, followed by the necessary white sealant, then came the goldfish cracker, and finally we found a winner in ‘Foot Path’. It is a lovely brown that I may have thought of originally if I weren’t SO sure that I wanted to be daring with paint. Oh well. It looks good now, though, don’t you think?
